What do you feed your clowns?

What and how often do you feed your clowns? Now that my clowns have their own tank, I want them to be happy, well fed critters. I'll even be a good mommy and get them some special food of their own if there's anything in particular that would be good for them.

cyclopeeze (which is like crack for fish), formula 1 flake, ora-glow, home-made seafood buffet (korean fresh-frozen no preservative mix blended to bite sized pieces then frozen), mysis, whatever they steal from the anemone.

Everything but the kitchen sink. Specifically:

- Prime Reef flakes
- Spirulina flakes
- Hikari Marine 'S' and Marine 'A' pellets
- frozen mysis
- frozen 'marine mix'
- frozen homemade blender mush (shrimp, scallop, octo, squid, fish, mysis, brine shrimp, nori, wakame, dulce, vitamins, garlic & water blended together and frozen in sheets)

Clowns are PIGS and will eat just about anything you offer them. I try to keep my maroons' diet varied and they seem to appreciate it
