What do you feed your clowns?

Mine are very picky and will only accept big bites of food like shrimp. I've been trying to feed them with Formula 1 and 2 but they won't even try it.

I feed my Onyx clowns New Life Spectrum marine H20 flakes as well as some homemade shrimp mix, the go nuts for either!

My clerki pair eats anything that I put in the tank. They like krill

Rods Reef frozen food, Mysis, nori, table shrimp when I feed the anem, Cyclopeeze, & every once in a while medicated pellet (garlic)

What kind of nori do you use?
