What do you feed your corals?

Since I've never had to do this before I'm curious to see what people do to feed their corals. I've heard of feeding tigerpods and small crustations, bbs, "that white stuff" from frozen food, chopped diy seafood for "humans",coral frenzy, reef roids, reef chilli. Hell im thinking of fireing up the barby and offer them some stake.
Whats your experience?

Lol I'm tagging along because there are a few schools of thought about this issue. I personally feed Coral Frenzy and Reef Roids and occasionally cyclopeez twice a week and my corals have started growing and showing better colors in the last two months. Started target feeding like 4 months ago and never did it before.

I feed reef roids, cyclop-eeze and mysis one to two times a week. Seems to work pretty well and I get a fair amount of growth with the setup I have.

Thanks for the input, Bill. I know for a fact you're doing something right because your system is absolutely beautiful!

Light & fish poo. :D

Coral frenzy is okay, but I've never seen a huge feeding response to it. Oysterfeast OTOH, yep, corals go nuts for that stuff.

I personally feed a lot, or I believe I do. I figured my fish dont have the best table manners. When I feed them the frozen foods (mysis, bbs, shrimp, and so on) the water current takes it all over the tank and I indirectly feed some to most corals. I haven't target fed anything. But I'm sure a lot more odd you guys have to be doing something. If you don't then post that too. Do you rely on water changes, two part, trace elements?

Thank you for your replys
