Ok all you die hard SPS folks lets get a ongoing list of what you feed your your corrals and fish please.
Im mostly mix reef right now but seriously thinking about going sps dominant.
But i feed pellet, flake and some nori to fish
and besides strong light (LED D120's) and good water quality i feed my corrals reef chilli

For the most part I feed a varied set of foods to the fish and the corals seemed to color up with the increased nutrients in the water. No direct feeding of the coral but they undoubtedly feed on the foods as well as the fauna that reproduces in the refugium. Foods include:

San Francisco Bay Saltwater multipack
Picene Cyclops / Mysis
Hikari Mysis
Hikari Spirulina Brine shrimp

Then right after the lights go out...I once and a while feed Rods food since it provides an occasional meal to the corals when the polyps are out and to the nocturnal creatures.

good start thanks alot
Im really curious my self as to what you all feed to help the sps grow and color up faster
Lets keep this ball rolling:)

I feed the fish mysis, cyclopeeze and NLS pellets. Once in a while (once a week maybe, sometimes less) I feed reef roids after lights out.

No I usually pull rotifers before daybreak so tank is dark, I raise a few clownfish and have to pull 25% of my rotifer culture daily even if not feeding fry so may as well feed them to my corals

I haven't seen or heard of anyone being able to feed Sps live Rotifers. But I used to raise clownfish as well but never used the live Rotifers had my own thing I used. And it worked very well.

I have a sporadic and rotational work shift that sometimes has be doing 2-3 13 hr shifts in a row. I'll be lucky to make it home in time to catch the actinics on for a few minutes those days. That being said. I feed randomly, whenever and whatever I feel like generally which usually means a lot lol. I like heavy feeding.

Reef frenzy frozen
Frozen brine
PE mysis
Rods food frozen
Brs reef chili
NLS Thera+ pellets
Elos amino acids
Elos pro skimmer carbohydrates.

I feed aminos, carbo, and reef chili 2 days a week. Reef chili goes in 30 minutes before lights on, aminos and carbo in 30 minutes after lights on, skimmer and reactors off for 2 hours during this process

Frozen food gets fed 4 days a week usually, sometimes I target feed all the Lps in the dark, sometimes I just broadcast feed everyone with the lights on

NLS pellets several times a day as I feel inclined. I'll drop in 10 or so pellets 2-3 times a day because I enjoy feeding my fish.

Lots of food. Heavy skimming, biopellets, gfo, carbon, and macro.

Ok since i have you sps guys and gals here, here is something i typed up as a guide line for me to follow its off the subject matter but i had to post it.
thanks,

I find frozen rotifers from hikari to be a very good and cheap sps food. Sps response very well too that, just as well as they responded to reef roids
