What do you feed your feather duster?

So what is the best food for a feather duster ? I have been feeding mine phyto, reef bugs, and cyclopeeze on a rotational basis. So what food works best for prolonged health?

I have 2 in my 75g mixed reef and I don't target feed them anything, I'm guessing they get enough out of the water column as I have had them for nearly two years.

Same here as above. I just let them do their business and ignore them.

Having sand stirrers will kick up more food particles for them to eat.
