What do you feed your SPS?

What does everyone feed there SPS tanks? I have a mixed reef myself but it is more SPS dominated. I been feeding RN oyster eggs and RN phytofeast but would like to know if there are other products that I can use just to change it up. Maybe something better that the pros can recommend.

Also, I only feed the above mentioned maybe twice a week if that. Should I be feeding more often?

Reef Nutrition Oyster, Roti, & Phyto feast, Seachem Zoo, & Phyto Plankton, Marine Snow, Frozen Cyclops, & Coral Frenzy.All mixed together, And Target Fed 1-2 times a day, mostly 2 times a day, 1 time when I get lazy.

Oh yeah, I used coral frenzy before as well, My coralsl loved that stuff. Do you guys shut off your skimmers when feeding?

I started using the reefcleaners.org dry food that he makes and noticed that my sps's frags are growing faster.

I have some of this. How do you use it? Im guessing you mix it with some water and squirt the coral? How much do you mix?

I never seen the reefcleaner.org stuff. Gonna have to check that out.

Its been referred to as, coral crack, so it must be good. I got it because of its reputation and because its so cheap. I have been afraid to use it though, as Im scared ill cause a nutrient spike. (I dont run a skimmer but do 25% PWC each week).

I vary a bunch of things:
* Kent Phyto
* Kent Zoo
* PE cyclopeeze
* Brightwell AA's
* Hikari frozen baby brine

I'll be adding DT oyster eggs to the menu soon as well. I mostly target feed with skimmer off, but occasionally broadcast feed as well.

Seems like this gets asked every week. I find it interesting people that say they feed nothing. I always wonder if they would get better growth with feeding. Sure, SPS can grow and do fine without food, but are you getting optimal growth and coloration by not feeding? To answer the question, I feed oyster feast and rotifeast

I mix Coral Vitalizer, Pohls Extra, ZeoFoodAmino Acid, and Coral Snow together into a jug and auto dose it twice a day with a dosing pump.

I hand collect the poop of 40 tangs I have in a 10 gallon bb, grind that up w some coral snow, coral vitalizer, pohls xtra, sponge power, salifert aa, iodide/iodate, vit c, rf oysterfeast, reef chili, pe mysis, hikari mysis, and some coral crack then I eat it myself and collect my feces to feed my corals. Booyah!

Do you have to mix it every day or something? I mix coral snow with amino acids but If I let it sit for 5 minutes all the coral snow goes to the bottom of the container.
