My Blonde Naso Tang ate every bit of green stuff that my LR had. While some people may think that is a good thing, I think it was unfortunate. He also ate a very large brown leafy macroalgae as well.
Black spiny sea urchins that came with the shipment do a real job on eating pink coraline algae....which just grows back as fast as they eat it.
Lately, my broody Maroon Clown has taken to nipping off the branches of some of the gold/brown gorgonians. It is very annoying, but she only does it to the one that happens to be closest to her anemone and eggs.
In general, my tank has a lot of SPS corals. There's blue throat triggers, a foxface Rabbit, Yellow Tang, White Cheek Tang, Vlamingi Tang, Majestic Angel, Bicolour Angel....none of them have any real impact on the rock life aside from keeping algae at bay.
Of course, what you can put in the tank depends more on your tank, than the LR.
