What do you suggest?

I would like to get a clam, can you suggest what type to get for my setup? I have a 180 with 3 175 mh 10k and 4 36" actinics. 180 lbs of rock also.

FOr the sandbed try a derasa or squamosa. If you can get one high up close to the lights, try a maxima there

Like Peabody suggest, put the T.derasa and T.squamosa on the substrate and place you T.maxima higher up in your rock work.

Remembering my 180 and I think that it is 24" so one day you might want to consider HQIs, better penetration IMO.
