What do you think of this led light for a 32x24in tank

I am finalizing the planning stages for my next tank (been reefing for a long time). This will be my first tank with an LED light.

The tank is 32in long and 24in wide and 20in tall, which is somewhat of an awkward size, I am hoping I can do it with a single light (but I am not quite sure). I would like to keep the price under $550.

My thought so far has been the Maxspect 27 Inch Razor 160 watt. I am hoping it would be enough light for the 66gal tank. I am a little nervous about it only being 27in long, but I figure a 2.5in gap on each side wont be too bad.

Some things that appeal to me about this light:
* Price is right where I want it
* It has the controllability I want
* Aesthetics are huge, I like the way it looks and I think I can do it cleanly
* I like that it can be mounted via the rim of the tank initially, and I can hang it later if I decide to

I plan to have it as a mixed reef, with minimal sofities, mostly focused on LPS, SPS, a clam possibly, anemone possibly, etc.

Do you think this light would be a good choice? Is there something else you would recommend? Thanks in advance!

That light fixture you mentioned will work without issue. I have never had one but most reviews are good. I am an AI guy and my other suggestion would be a single Hydra 52's it has coverage of 36 x 36

Im planing to buy this same tank, sc-aquarium right? For whatever its worth I'm considering 1-or possible 2 Ocean revive arctic - SO26's, for an SPS tank, as an LED option, and an ATI 24 inch 6 bulb as a T5 option. I'm about 2-3 months away from biting the bullet. So taking my time figuring it out.

Are you going with there stand / sump etc?

Yea, it's from sc-aquarium's. I really like the dimensions, it's basically exactly what I want. Decent sized, but I am hoping to get away with a single light, and keep the costs down.

I plan to get the stand/sump/skimmer as well, it seems like an okay starting point. I plan to replace the return pump. I also plan to redo the sump some. But like I said it seems like a good starting point.

I thought with the further spaced LED's you get a more "disco ball effect". That's part of what appealed to me on the lighting unit I choose.

Does anyone else have any other opinions on what they would do for a 32x24 aquarium?

I have a 30x24. I use an ocean revive s026, i have it hung 18" over the water. I am a long time halide user. I am very pleased with this lighting.
