What do you treat your zoos with before putting them into your tank and why?

Strong lugol's dip (~15-20 drops per 6-8oz) for about 15 minutes then a FW dip for 5 to 10 minutes. I do this to kill off anything that maybe on them.

Fresh water dip,usually about 5 min. in straight RO water. I do this strictly for flatworm prevention.
