What does everyone feed their RBTAs?

Just like it says. Curious what people feed? Is there something I can get from my local grocery store instead of expensive frozen foods from my LFS?

You can get raw shrimp, but I suggest buying some silversides from your LFS. For a few $ it does a long ways!

I have used silver sides in the past but I go through them pretty quick with the 20 or so roses I have.

You can always try alternating raw shrimp and silversides and see how they do.

Go to a local Chinese Food Store and buy squid. I started feeding mine squid about a year ago and they all love it!! (RBTA, GBTA, and Blue Carpet). Done the silverside thing among others and have seen my anemone most happy after feeding them squid (of course I add Selcon and Garlic Guard).
