what does it mean when this happens?

when a green open brain gets large areas of brown red coloration ( part of coral.. not algae)
is this normal or is somthing wrong?

everything with my camera shows up brownish.. it wont do much good.
ill see if i can borrow a cam again

but. alot of peoples brains look like this. and i dont like it lol

probably just a dense patch of xoanthel.

yes but why would that happen? its on the bottom of a tank with 770 watts vho. i have a pic on my cell phone. but i cant transferit yet ( no service here.. gotta wait till i go to work to mail it to my self)
