Anything this tank needs please say. It has 2 clowns a Tomini tang a yellow tail damsel a goldenhead goby a green Chromis and an purple dottyback

It's your tank, the only person that needs to like it is you. As your dive in this hobby your tank will grow and change.

It's dirty though and I don't know how to get rid of all the algae

What do you mean by "dirty?" The "uglies" is a part of everybody's tank. Patience & time... GL.

Get some sort of "mag float"- "flipper" scraper for the glass, vacuum your sand during weekly water changes, start to acquire your clean up crew, (I would ) add more rocks for biological filtration, and time .

It is most likely from air trapped in the sand initially, then caught by the rocks.
