If it's once or twice a week, I'd guess that it's not stretching toward the light, which is what I assume Friday Night was getting at (hard to tell with such a short answer). If they're growing long & staying that way, then they're reaching for the light because they're not getting enough. I used to watch my zoas all the time, they'd wave their skirts, move their little skirt fingers one at a time (or just one, period LOL), close for no reason, raise their skirts, lean into each other (or away) and otherwise move all the time.
