What else can I do?

I got my clowns and put them into QT two nights ago, I must have really overlooked because yesterday morning I noticed one had an infection around it's mouth, to the point where I can see it's teeth :(( it's mate hasn't left it's side and I've seen it try to help it up to get food but it wasn't able to close it's mouth yesterday. I dosed with paraguard this morning and when I came home from work it's able open and close it's mouth normally, so that's a good thing
Is there anything else I can do to help the tissue regrowth during treatment?:thumbdown

Here are some pictures:

Keep excellent water conditions. I've never used Paraguard but if it seems to be working continue using it but be prepared to switch to something like kanamycin. Hopefully someone that has dealt with the same thing your clown is going through will chime in.

Have they acted aggressive to each other in any way?

Test and post your water parameters. That helps these guys a lot.

Oh and how long has the QT been set up? What did you do for bio?

Sadly the sickly clown died :( We believe while they were in the bag together the dominant one attacked the other one.
Water parameters are perfect and have been stable, the QT has been set up for a month + and I got a filter from a friends healthy DT.
The other one is doing fantastic, healthy appetite. Keeping it under observation while the DT cycles

Oh that sucks! Sorry to hear. At least it wasn't something you did or a disease you have to deal with now. Best of luck wit the other.
