What ever this disease is it killed two of my fish in a week

About a week ago my royal gramma started looking a little pale, but was eating. Than it died. A couple of days ago my black cap starting looking a little pale. We were able to catch it last night and give it a fresh water dip because it appeared to be flukes and some did drop off in the water. Today I bought some Prazipro and put it in the water but alas, it was too late to save the fish. When I retrieved it I could not find any flukes but there are many scales missing in the head region and a couple of other places. These two fish were purchased over two months ago and came from the same tank at the lfs. Very coincidental, but that is also a long time for nothing to show up. I have added several frags since purchasing the fish but only two clowns and they came from a very reputable aquaculture facility so I doubt they brought anything with them. The clowns look good and since they are black and white I can get a good look. Any thoughts about what caused this if not flukes?

Uronema? Was there blotches on the body?

There were some gray areas that I noticed after death but nothing when the fish were alive. Nothing like the pictures I have seen of uronema.

Was it grayish? How long have you had them? Are any other fish dead?

It was grayish but only showed up after they were dead. I have had the fish in my tank for over two months and they were in qt at the lfs for 2-3 weeks before that. I have two clowns that I got about the same time that show no signs of anything. The dead fish started to lose color and showed ragged fins. When I dipped the black cap in fresh water it was obvious that he had flukes. At first I thought it might be brook because I thought I saw a little dusting but I did not see anything when I had him in the fresh water.
