what fish for my 300g?

I have always had shorter tanks a 6ft 110g and 4ft 120g. I am upgrading to a 300g 96x24x31. My intent was to have more options in fish selection. I know I can now have some fish I couldn't before, but I don't want to get any that cannot live comfortably in my new tank. Please give me some ideas on do's and dont's. I plan to keep mostly sps and a few lps, possibly a clam and anenome in the future. I will be running a reef octopus 5000 skimmer, biopellets in reactor w/ a 75g sump and 40g fuge w/ DSB, chaeto, and mangoves. So I should be able to handle a decent bioload. What do you think?

Not necessarily "my list" as I feel this is too many fish, but these are the fish that I'd like to own in some combination. All are not necessary. They would be added very slow (as I couldn't afford to buy them quickly--spent too much on set up, lol). There will be approx 400lbs of LR and 200?lbs of sand from my previous tanks, still live.

* pair of picaso percula clowns
*midas blenny
*red spot blenny
*2 purple firefish gobies
*mystery wrasse
*6 line wrasse
*3-4 dispar anthias
*1 flame angel
*1-magnificant rabbitfish
*1-gold spotted rabbitfish
*1-sailfin tang
*1-green mandarin goby (after a year or so of set up)
*gold head sleeper goby (after ? a year)
*1- sailfin tang
*2 or ?3 yellow tangs (added together)
*1- powder blue vs 1- achilles tang (never had either one, always wanted one, know the risks of disease, will QT)
*Copper Banded Butterfly (after a 2+years, again, know the risk of poor feeding)
*either a Lamarcks angel or wannabee angel

yellow tangs should be 3-4; more is better, keeping two even in a big tank is often impossible!!

gold head sleeper gobys are very messy so if u want a flat sand bed and no sand all over your tanka nd corals,, scratch that... i would nly get one rabbit, persnally love the magnificent. i love bonde naso's and blue hippo's their "common" but IMO gorgeous fsh

I don't know how I would decide with a tank that big, so many options. But some of my favorite tanks have had many smaller fish providing lots of activity with a few bigger fish in there.

@ CHSUB: I could do 3-4 yellow tangs, I'd prefer 3 but if 4 is better, 4 it is.

@ Dr. Colliebreath: I did mean only 1 saifin tang.

@ psusocr: I love the Naso Tang too, didn't know if I'd have room. The blue regal is a beautiful fish, but very ich prone, and just not one of my "dream fish". Do you think I could fit in a Naso Tang in exchange for the angel? Do you really feel the 2 rabbitfish wont go well, I really love them both. But if I had to choose, it would certainly be the magnificant. I've had a sleeper goby before and though they do make a bit of a mess they do keep the sand nice and white. Any other suggestions for keeping the sand bed white?

@ asim58: I did pick quite a few smaller fish for that reason. I really don't like to see a tank full to the brim with large fish. However, I do love the tangs : )

I really don't want to overcrowd regardless of ability to handle the bioload. That's why I am posting on here for guidance. Thank you all and keep the suggestions coming.

I would keep the yellow tangs in odd numbers so three IMO is better..rabbitfish get HUGE thats why i only suggest one..mine is gigantic in my 300 but very docile. i also have three yellows and a purple. I had a naso in a 300 before and he did excellent, he is in a 500g now. I ike the look of a few tangs and alot of smaller fish as suggested..
