what fish for sand bed?

what is a good sand sifter for a 12 gallon that wont disrupt my caulurpas growth in the sand or invert for that matter?

Jawfish, and small sand dwelling gobies are cool.

Hogchoker sole will sift up the top .5" or so. They stay out of trouble too, they're pretty slow.
