What fish is this

I got this new fish today I loved the colors on it so I bought it. It's the first time I have ever seen it. Looks like some kind of wrasse

That's awsome. Funny this sounds like one of those impulsive buys we were all talking about the other day lmao. Don't you love going to the local fish store and telling yourself before you walk in your just going to look and end up walking out with a bag of something

Haha yeah. Well it turns out someone bought the same fish for a reef tank months ago and it's doing great in their tank not aggressive at all and doesn't touch any coral. That's why I decided to buy it. Definitely unique

Sickkkkkkkk yeah I really like the lights on my tank I have the whites at 5% and the Blues at 40% White channels to bright on my shallow tank

I'm running them 10% whites and 60% blues love the color these lights give out

The colors of my corals right now are insane!!! Way better than the T5s

Let me know the growth of them . I have OR but went t5s for growth and I miss the colors. But the growth I already see.

I'm pretty sure that's not a wrasse. It has the body of a Black Sea bass. I've seen a similar fish while diving but the name slips me. I have a feeling it's a predatory type of fish. Think grouper or snapper.

Looks like some kind of fairy wrasse for sure, I would try that wrasse ID thread that someone mentioned

It's called a two spot wrasse it's reef safe but it eats inverts
