Hi folks

Hoping to get some good ideas for fish I could get in my tank. I'll list my current setup but it's been a while since i added a fish and the only reason is I don't know what to add :/

50gal tank.

1 lemonpeel angelfish
1 royal gramma
1 oc. Clownfish
1 yellowtail damsel

1 coral banded shrimp
1 cleaner shrimp

Mixture of turbo and cerith snails
Blue dwarf hermit crabs
1 pom pom crab (never see it.. Waste of money ha)
1 sand sifting starfish (was given it, trying to rehome as I know it will starve)

1 long tentacle anemone
1 toadstool coral

I have considered the following fish;

Blenny - algae or starry. Maybe Midas or bicolour but hard to get from lfs.
Torpedo goby
Fire fish
6 line - would it go for dwarf hermits? I was pretty set on getting one then read a few people having problems with them.

Thanks

I got an Algae Blenny to help clean algae in areas I can't reach. I didn't really like the look of them but he's really grown on me. Very fun to watch and does a good job with the algae.

Another thought is what about another oc clown? Make sure you add a juvenile so they'll pair. I find clowns much more entertaining in pairs.

I think the starry would be a good fit, maybe paired with the tailspot: the two species get along and are often active. Firefish tend to pick a spot and stay there.

Never thought about a second clown. Quite like the idea of that.
Also like idea of a blenny. I know I can get starry and algae blenny at lfs but not seen tailspot. If I added starry first, could I add tailspot at later stage?

Thanks for all your comments.

Yes. I also have a yellow watchman: they help keep the sandbed, and grump at everybody, but never pick fights.

My recommendation would be for a small fairy or flasher wrasse. Great personalities, awesome coloration, and they are incredibly active, mine never stop swimming.

My Flasher Wrasse enjoys playing in the current from the return and power heads. It's nice to have a fish which hangs out near the top of the tank.
