I have a 30 gal nano with lots of coral two occ clowns and a strawberry Dottie back.well I bought a pistol goby pair and my Dottie attacked and killed the goby.i tried to catch it with a bottle trap for three days with no luck.i wanted a yellow watchman goby so I ordered one from blue zoo to try again.well as soon as he went into the tank my Dottie went on the attack.so I got an idea.i put the goby in the bottle trap and within an hour I trapped my Dottie and took him to the lfs.so my reef is now safe and calm without any aggression and I am looking for a replacement.i would like a fish with a lot of color,and not too shy,something like the Dottie without the killer instinct .any advice is welcome.thanks
By the way,it was funny,after the Dottie was removed my little goby was sitting on the top of the reef standing proudly as if it was saying" I am the winner" then swam off.i am still waiting for him to find the pistol and get together
