What flow for a Haddoni carpet?

Would a Haddoni carpet be considered a lagoon resident or a high energy reef resident? Need to know so I can set my Vortechs on either lagoon mode or reef mode. Thanks in advance Jason

That setting alone won't make an S. Haddoni happy. I have 2 10's for my 75, and am running them in anti-sync (( can't remember the mode off the top of my head )), so that if one is at 80% the other is at 20%. I have one on the left side, and the other on the right, and even with my settings it is at the limit for Haddonis

It's a 120 spieces tank with two mp40's in anti sync mode kind of dialed down.

Is that 120 4 feet long?

You are going to have to play with the amount, but I am pretty sure that you aren't going to be able to run them even close to 100%. When one of my 10's gets to 100% the oral discs of my haddonis start to lift, which is pretty much the threshold.

Yes I agree I'm now running my 4' 120 gallon tank Vortechs at about 30 percent and everythings seems to be going well.
