What food do you feed your clownfish breeders?

Keep it simple.

I feed my brood stock new life spectrum as often as I think about it (1-3 times). I have two pair right now that breed like clock work and produce vary healthy babies. I also have a third pair thats mated but eat the eggs shortly after laying (not sure what's going on there).

i feed mine a mix of IO marine chips, omnivore chips, and NLS pellets 4 times a day and PE mysis once a day

Sera Marin Granules in my auto feeders. It has about 50% protein base. I then feed frozen once a day in the evenings, but the Sera Marin is fed 4x a day.

The clowns spawn every 14 days ... Ocellaris, Tomato, Bicinctus, Melanopus, and Percula.

I decided to try Rods but I can't tell which one would be better for breeding clownfish. Should I get the Complete Reef Food or the Fish Only blend?

I feed the fish only blend as treat maybe once or twice a week. Way to expensive to be a daily staple. Very good quality. Has many different things and some large chunks that make my fish happy. I've heard not to use the reef blend unless you have lots of fish / corals and a large cleanup crew. There are lots of small particles that fish will not eat that can cause a nutrient build up if nothing else consumes it.

I haven't bought rod's food in a while, just cause it is hard to find around here and shipping is to much for 1 item. I do switch off from the PE mysis with San Francisco Bay Brand Marine Cuisine, and Emerald Entree every now and then.

I got some of Rods frozen food and it seems like my clownfish like it, but there are a lot of chunks that get wasted and are too big. Can I lightly defrost the food and throw it all in a blender and then re-freeze it?
