What food should I feed?

I just wonder What food I should feed this coral

Looks like a torch coral. I've had anouther euphyllia (frogspawn) and it took mysis shrimp and cyclopeeze (zooplankton). It grew several new heads over about 6 months with feedings 1-3 times per week.

IMHO, light is the best "food" you can provide Euphyllia.
IME, my Euphyllias do better when NOT spot fed.

Zooxanthellae algae only provides sugars to the coral.

So the protein (and lipids) to grow has to come from somewhere.

pencilcup, how long have you had that coral? It looks a little stressed to me.

Hard to argue with porky with those great looking Euphyllia's but I feed mine as well, and they seem to extend better when I do. I feed cyclopeeze, mysis, and what ever meaty frozen stuff I have available to chop up.
