what happened on my clam?

Hi guys,

My T.maxima was suddenly "open" and looks wither.She doesn't reacted when I touch her(but just moving very slowly) .I think it may damaged by low temperature 'cuz my heater just broken down in last night.
So,do you guys have any good suggestions or experience to save her or make her alive??PLS tell me ,thanks a lot!! 8) :?:

Need more info.

Tanks size, lighting, takemates, etc. How cold did the tank get.

Also, need levels on:
Calcium
DKH
Nitrate
Nitrite
Ammonia

what is your temp? it might just be used to you which i doubt.

My Tank size is 150L,*1 150W HQI,*4 T5 24W,temps is around 18 degrees(C) when the heater broken.
I think probably the problem causes form temps.'Cuz I have another clams tank and they are just be "OK".

18 is pretty freakin' cold!!!!!! Is your room unheated??? I hate to sound like a jerk, but this is an example of why it is suggested to have two heaters instead of one. 18 converts to about 64 deg. F. I left a window open one night recently, and even with my heaters, the tanks got to 69. I (luckily) didn't lose anything. Things were NOT HAPPY for several days afterwards, but within a week, they seemed to show no signs of the calamity.
