On Saturday I logged into the Apex program with no problem.Yesterday I needed to log in as I was having an issue with a switch and was unable to do so,tried again today no luck.Rebooted controller router etc.Still no joy.Started checking according to Alans bible, when I looked at the Dos part to check IP'S there is no section Ethernet adapter local connection. Can someone give me an idea what happened and how do I get this back.Modem and router are working (all lights on).

Yes.But cannot access Apex. When I go to ipconfig/all I see Windows IP config,Ethernet adapter wireless network connection and an ethernet adapter network bridge that my son had plugged in about 2 weeks ago but is no longer connected,I am not sure if all this helps.

you can try going into your network setup and make sure that your LAN network adapter is enabled and not disabled for some reason. You could be accessing the internet via your PC's wireless adapter. However, that should not impact you accessing the Apex from your PC assuming your Apex is plugged into your router. Is it?

Alan I went into network setup LAN showing that there is a cable unplugged,I checked all cables etc.LAN light on modem is on.Lights on Apex are on.Still unable to connect.I have to go out for a little while. Will try recheck when I get back.

Now if I go to IPCONFIG/ALL it shows the ethernet LAN connection but it says the media is disconnected. The network connection shows a cable unplugged.

Still having issues. I have been really busy and not had too much time to mess with it.Called my ISP they said problem is not with the modem. If my laptop is faulty, corrupted or whatever would that affect me not being able to access the apex from my iphone or a remote computer. If there is anyone who has computer/networking experience in the Orange County/Irvine CA area who could contact me I would be happy to pay for your services as I need to get this resolved.
