What happened to my clown?

So long story story short, tore my rocks apart last night, and today I removed water leaving 6" in the tank. Within 5 minutes my clown was dead, but my other clown is fine... no issues with either, no spots, no feeding issues. Went from swimming fine to laying on the bottom on his side, to the death throws...

Stressed out due to water lvl dropping to low to fast or perhaps after you tear down the rocks you have disturbed something that effected Nemo the wrong way. No expert here just thinking out loud

Last night I tore out the bottom rocks and worried I may have stirred up too much crap. So weird cause a few months ago I took out the same amount of water to move the tank to the new stand, and was that way for a few hrs to move apex and all that stuff around... sucks, been a crappy, 2 days...
