What happened to my scoly? Help please

I bought a bleeding Apple Scoly from a place I trust about 2 weeks ago at a discount, because when it came in it had a little tissue recision, but otherwise looked perfect. It started to heal rather quickly in my tank

, so I know it wasn't necrotic or anything. (First picture is how it normally looks in my tank) So when my lights first came on this morning my scoly looked like death. (2nd picture).

After the lights were on for a bit it looked a little better, but I still have quite a bit of tissue recision. (3rd picture).

I added some reef buffer on the 26th, which took my alk from 9.4 to 10.7. I keep my alk fairly consistent at around 10.4-10.9, and it dropped because I did a water change and then I added reef buffer to bring it back up. Is this a large enough alk swing to cause this? None of my other coral is behaving like this. I also keep my scoly fairly close to a tube anenome, but even when it's fully extended it cant reach the scoly. Does anyone have any idea what's going on? When my white lights come on I'll post more pictures. Thank you so much for the help in advance.

Alk 10.7
Calcium 460
Magnesium 1440

some of my lps especially acans don't like big changes in alk. They retract for a day or two then puff back up. I try to avoid swings like that
