Unfortunately PFO has gone out of business. If you do some poking around on RC you'll find quite a few threads in regards to this. I will keep my opinion out of the issue as to why they have gone under.

i have a 400 watt ballast that needs the quick disconnect plug that goes to the socket

We have the female end, but not the male end unfortunately. I'm assuming you need the male?
