What ich med is best

I need a good product to treat fish in qt hospital system.

For Ich I wouldn't use any medication. TTM, hyposalinity or both together are usually enough. If that for any reason doesn't help I might try Chloroquine Phosphate, but no longer than 2 weeks and with a tank transfer before and after the medication.

I would never use copper for anything as it weakens the fish's immune system and opens the door for all kind of opportunistic infections, Lymphocystis being the most common and least dangerous.

I would use copper (Cupramine by seachem) for 14 days. Proven treatment, works well.
