What is a good/cheap VHO setup?

I'm looking to add 2 48" VHO actinic lights to supplement my tank. What is a good cheap setup out there? I currently have 2 250w AquaMedic Ocean Lights with Phoenix 14k DE bulbs. My tank is a 90g reef. TIA

You can go to hellolights dot com and get a 2 lamp kit for 115.00 That sounds pretty good to me.
