I use an excel file as well.. but recently i have been logging everythin ginto my apex. it makes cool graphs and stuff that i can access from anywhere, which is awesome!

AquaticLog here. The full version is excellent but has some stuff that's just not needed. The free app is perfect for me. Simple and quick. Just what you need to keep track of what you did and when.
