What is everyones alk at?

so it should be up that high? mine is really, really low then...

agian I am looking for the meq/L rating not DKH.

3.92 meq/l....anyone can divide their dkh by 2.8 and you'll have the conversion....

Clouded, or you could've multiplied by 2.8

sweet thank you for that tip.

I am pretty sure everyone was giving you the dkh. I sure I am not the only one but I found the the acro is happiest at NSW levels.

I think mine is around 3 meg/L now.

I had a little problem with my CR(I know that last # of ARM will fit in there). It made it run weird. Anyway my alk went to over 6meg/L. My Montis STN and the acro got real dull.

Running it high doesn't really seem to give any advantage.

Interesting...then mine is ok...maybe a little low.

NSW is 2.7meq/L from what I've read.. I keep my alk at 3 - 3.5meq/L

I've found that low alk is much more detrimental to coral health that high alk so I like to keep a little bit of a buffer zone incase my Ca reactor is not pumping enough out.

im keeping it anywhere between 7 and 10, trying to keep it around 9. In my limited experience, it seems values anywhere in the above range are alright, as long as they are very constant.
