What is growing on my Duncan?

What is this white thing growing on my Duncan? I know it is not a new head... I have been able to remove it once with a syringe, but it has since then come back. When I removed it there seemed to be a hole or cavity where it was.

If its the white between the 3 heads then it is a "baby" head of the Duncan growing. I bought a 4 headed Duncan and I went home and noticed it had 13 heads and those little heads have now gotten bigger. So, the point is not to try to remove it.
