What is growing on my Turbo Snail?

In the past two weeks we noticed a hard "spider web" growing on our Turbo Snail. We have researched on Google, but haven't found anything. Do you know what it is and what we should do?

Just some harmless spirobid worms. They are filter feeders.

Thanks for the response. Do they need to be kept under control or do they take care of themselves?

Little tube worms. Pretty neat looking!
They won't venture from the snails shell unless the snail dies and it's shell just sits in one place, then they will eventually grow onto the surrounding substrate.
