No doesn't look like Dino's , your birdsnest looks to be dying and just having algae growing on it, possible bleaching. Too much light ? Still need more info post everything you can bra!

Most of your example SPS pics appear to be getting hammered with bright light, can you get hot spots with those Radions, how long have you been running them, how strongly and how high off the water. Your alk is low, what are your calcium and nitate levels if you can post those as Bigcefa said - the more info you supply the easier it is for others to help you. Hopefully a fellow Radion user will be able to offer some better insights on your lighting.
Some info on how you maintain your alk, cal and Mg levels would be good too please mate so we can help get things back on track.

As it sounds like your lighting isn't the problem perhaps try raising your alk levels to 8-9 and ensure your calium is balanced to wherever you set your alk - slowly. Nitrates could be a long term cause of recession leading to the algae growth. Just offering suggestions :)

Algae loves to take off on dying coral tissue.

Something is making your corals unhappy.
I agree with biggles, a good place to start is raising your Alk. I have never had good results with Alk that low. If your test kit is not accurate your Alk could be even lower.

What else are you dosing?

What's your temp?

What is your salinity?

And what are you testing them with?

I am using zeovit and the recommended is 6.5 to 7.5 for alk and I have lowered the flow . Salinity at 1.024. Temp at 26

Can't really speak to whole zeovit scheme. Will have to let someone else chime in on that stuff.

Alk at 6.5 and salinity at 1.024 has never personally resulted in anything good going on in my tank.

Good luck with that.
