That , IMO, is too many grazer in a small tank. The tank seem reasonably age and all the algae are stried clean, no growth of the snails. Is there an abalone I see at the lower lelf corner of one of the picture?
Remove some of the snails. If you don't many of them will died of starvation and also you won't develope population of Stomatella and Strombus and other grazer that reproduce in your tank.
