What is on my angel?

Bought an eibili angel about 2 weeks ago and have had him in qt. I noticed a white thing on one of his fins and I have no idea what it is. He is acting the same with no sign of being sick, but I want to know what it is before I add him to my display tank. Here are some pics - they arent the greatest, but hopefully enough to help.

Your pics are very blurry, but it looks like either a bacterial infection or lymphocystis(?-spelling). With pristine water conditions it may go away on its own, or you can try either Furan-2 or Maracyn-2. I would probably go with the Furan. I think he'll be fine.

It is a viral infection.

There is no treatment for viral infections. This one is self limiting to a degree and should go away on its own with good nutrition and good water quality. Antibacterials have no effect on viral infections.
