What is on my fish?

I have a butterfly that has white spots all over him, I am thinking it is ich, but am not sure. I also have a yellow tang that has whiteish brownish spots on him that almost look like lesions. I could only get a pic of the yellow tang as the butterfly is hiding behind a rock. Please help me figure out what is all over my fish!

Sounds like ich. The discoloration on the tang could be a bruise of sort. How new are the fish? How long has your tank been setup? What are your water parameters?

The tank has been set up for years. The tang is an older fish. But the butterfly is new as of 2 months ago and noticed spots on him yesterday. Today, I noticed the brown brusing on the yellow tang. Salinity is at 1.026. And everything else is good.
