What is on my wrasse?

I am not sure what I am dealing with. After looking at many pictures and descriptions online, I am thinking it may be flukes, but far from sure. I had a hard time getting pics, but hopefully the ones I got are enough to help diagnose. He is an active exquisite wrasse and eating like a champ. Whatever it is, it is on the left side of his face. Please help with diagnosis and treatment! Thanks!!!
