What is rods food?????

I keep seeing refrences to rods foods on various threads here on reef central.

Can some one inform me of what is rods foods as it seems that iam the only one out here in cyberland who has no clue of what rods foods is

Good stuff. Basically a frozen mixture of many types of food that fish and corals like.

rods is a frozen food that has a lot of stuff mixed up. Its great for a mixed reef. Has cyclopeze, red and green aglae, oyster eggs, chopped squid, couple other things. its good stuff.

Many LFS have it. Has to be kept frozen. I use it and the fish love it & is great for their healthiness!

I use it as well. The fish attack it, better than any other food flake, frozen or pellet. I know folks talk about a variety with food, but this seems to have all the variety in it.
