What is RR canada?

So looking at coral online and I know about RR corals but who is RR Canada and i heard they are not around anymore so was RR in canada before cali?

Not terribly familiar with RR stuff, but there are three that I know of RR canada, USA and asia. RR Canada hasn't posted since June on Instagram, but other than that haven't heard they closed shop or anything.
