I don't know if this is the best one but I asked the same question a few weeks ago and was told to go to (www.thefilterguys.biz). After talking to one of the filterguys I ended up getting the ocean reef + system. It is not setup yet but it looks very nice and the customer service with the filterguys was very good. I am new to the hobby, but due to my experiences with them I highly reccomend at least checking out their website.
