what is the best things to feed corals

All depends on what type of corals you have. I have an SPS dominant 180 gallon tank and have started using the "Pappone" method. There are a couple of threads on here about it, especially in the SPS forum.

I do not do much feeding. I use DT's, Mysis, and Cyclops. For bigger items like anemones I use uncooked shrimp. Good lighting will be your basis.

When the SEAS group made our food, we all did a BYO-item from the seafood section... squid, octo, clams, uncooked shrimp, etc. Then, there were some oyster eggs, artemia (?), freeze-dried cyclopeeze, nori, and garlic extract. Even the most timid bi-color blenny would turn into Jaws (the one in Jaws 3 - it was in 3-D at certain parts :bum: ) as soon as it hit the water.
I'd dilute a 'lil chunk in a cup of tank water and then spray in the general direction of certain inverts. I loved watching lps eat :smokin:

fewell's reminded my that things in the freezer don't last forever, and when i fed my tank some of this stuff that was 2 yrs old, i was a dork! LoL

Aside from that, everything in the tank seemed to like this stuff...
