Im starting to get pretty into the business sides of things with reef keeping. Set ups etc. I have some ideas as to how i would best go about setting all these tanks up.
The main idea is that i will be able to eggcrate in the tank or have an all out reef in each.I want it to have the appearance of being professional/corporate as well as looking as clean, classy setup while noting too visually over the top. So any at all input in both a pos or negative direction would be appreciated. I only doing this once..so i want to make sure i do it right in the long run.
-So i have 4 75's drilled and 2 125's drilled:
All 4x75's have 4 holes drilled in each for 2x3/4" BK and 2x1.5" BK. The 1.5's are drains and the others the returns.
The return will be fed 1" SCWD's. The outsides of the drain holes are 12" apart and i will have a skimmer box covering each pair.
2 75's stack on left and right of stacked 125's. Bottom 125 will besump/fuge.
My skimmer is currently a ER cs-12-1 or cs-400. It stands 24" tall, 12 wide. 2xsedra 5000(feed) and 1 gx-6000 recirc mod(ER).
Undecided but likely halides on top 3. Trying to have sunlight supply made a batch of 400 hqi pendents(lumenmax 3).
If you want to get in on the order let me know. the more we could buy the more likely they will be to make them.
The fuge will be the right 30" of the sump coming out to 50 or so gallons.
Bottom 75's: Undecided. t5's for sure. 4 on left 6 on right. or 6-8.
Sand: 125, 75's will have x? amount of sugar grain sized oolitic aragonite or calcite(wholesale anyone?)-1"?. 6.5+" of the the same in fuge(preferably).
the 125 has 2x2" drain and 4x3/4" return. 2sscwd. 2xtunze 6000 plus 7095 controller.
