what is the best why to make my zoanthids grow fast.

A time machine. Mine always seem to grow when I forget about them and am concerned with the growth of some other new corals. :lmao:

this is very true! i will watch my new ones that never seem to grow until im watching a diff new one then i will look and BOOM! like 2-3 more! outta no where ! sneaky little ones.

Stab them with a knife inject them with boiling water, then scrub them with a brillo pad. In my experience whenever you dont want a certain zoe and you try to get rid of it by the above methods they just seem to grow with more vigor. Either that or place them and just dont look at them for a month. How old is your sytem meaning how long has it been setup and cycled?

It seems they like what my sps dont, phosphates, nitrates and lower light level, I dont feed mine and they multiply like mad. I dont care for them they are for my wife its the bait to suck her into my interests, yeah I said it. But seriousy as soon as I got my phosphates to 0 and the nitrates under control they seem a little ticked off. But I never feed them directly just fish pooh and pee pee

I've had great success with AquaVitro Fuel, although it doesn't seem to make *all* zoas grow like crazy, but really the ones I care about :P There're quite a few other products that have similar, if not the same goodies in them, but fuel works for me :)

These two go hand in hand, if you look at the ingredients for Fuel (basically an algae slurry) phosphorus is listed. Don't dose if you're trying to keep phosphates under control.

I've always had very good luck with the "grow zoa zoa grow" dance I've developed over my years of reefing. If used twice daily, LOOK OUT!! It's really a secret though and I shouldn't even have said that. SSSSSHHHHH!

I tried feeding it everyday ... after 2 weeks, they started to die. Only later did I find our that the uneaten food on the zoas were consumed by pods & worms, which some how cause the zoas to close up till they disappear!!
