It varies with the tank, you have to calculate the volume of the wave which would be tank length * tank width * wave height / 2. You then multiply the wave volume by the wave frequency (number of waves in an hour) to calculate the gph, it is typically very high, on a 180 gallon tank it is typically on the order of 15,000-18,000 gph.
