I had a tank crash which increased my nutrients significantly in July. Long story. This has hung around. It has decreased but is still there? Would fluconazole possibly get rid of it?
get those nutrients down and you should be able to starve it out like any other algae..
urchins/sea hares/emerald crabs/hermits should go after it..
not sure about fluconazole.. can't really hurt to try..
I had a bad outbreak of it in my nano. Used a few mexican turbos, and weekly water changes to combat it along with a 10 day dosing period of nopox with heavy skimming. Took about a month to beat.
