Its imported from Japan.. Very rare..

I was told this by the guy i bought my live rock from...
Ive had an aquatic store set my tank up and say they have never seen anything like this before its about 6-7 inches in diameter..

It is one of the non clownfish hosting anemones. There are hundreds of species. I am not sure if you can ID them unless you get some of the scientist specialized in anemones.

And its "rare" because its not appealing to most aquarists, do to its lack of being a natural host and dull colors. I have one in my tank about 3inches and i just cant seem to kill it lol.... been in there for about a year+
