What is this clown hosting?

I went to visit a friend out of the area who had a nano tank. I saw his clown hosting some sort of softie. Never saw a clown hosting anything like this before. Thought it was interesting, but maybe not.

Green star polyps (Gsp) grows very quickly. Seems like clowns will host just about anything.

Wow how is that working out? They have a healthy sting, not much flesh.
Mine doesn't want to host anything and has claimed half of a 6ft. tank.

Doesn't seem to bother them... They jump from my torch, bubble tip, space invader...
